What you need before you install Smart 4K IPTV

• A device: Firestick, Samsung or LG Smart TV, Android TV, Android box, MAG, Formuler or Buzz TV.
• Internet: at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Most Canadian home plans from Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw or Videotron are fast enough.
• Your Smart4k IPTV login details: a username, a password and a server address, sent to you on WhatsApp.

How to install Smart 4K IPTV on a Firestick

1. From the home screen, open Find, search for Downloader and install it.
2. Go to Settings, My Fire TV, Developer Options, and switch on Install unknown apps for Downloader.
3. Open Downloader and enter the download address for your IPTV player. We send the current address with your login details.
4. Select Install, then Open.
5. Choose Login with Xtream Codes and enter your username, password and server address exactly as sent.

How to install Smart 4K IPTV on a Smart TV

1. Open your TV’s app store: Apps on Samsung, LG Content Store on LG, or Google Play on Android TV.
2. Search for an IPTV player, such as IBO Player Pro or IPTV Smarters, and install it.
3. Open the app. Some players show a device ID or MAC address on screen: send it to us on WhatsApp and we activate your playlist for you.
4. If the app asks for login details instead, enter your username, password and server address.
5. Wait a minute or two for the channel list to load, then open Live TV.

How to install Smart 4K IPTV on an Android box, MAG or Formuler

• Android box: install your player from Google Play, or with the download link we send, then log in with your details.
• Formuler and Buzz TV: open the built-in app (MyTVOnline on Formuler), choose Add Portal, and enter the portal address we send. Give us the MAC address shown on screen so we can register it.
• MAG: go to Settings, System settings, Servers, Portals, enter the portal address, then restart the box. Send us your MAC address first.

Fixing common problems

“Login failed”

Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Check capital letters, and make sure there is no space at the end.

The picture buffers

Restart your router and your device, and use a wired connection or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band if you can. Our buffering guide covers the rest.

The TV guide is empty

Open the app’s settings and choose Update EPG. The guide can take a few minutes to fill in after the first login.

Canada IPTV and USA IPTV: is setup different?
